Supervision
Choosing the right Supervisor is an essential part of a counsellor's development and it is important that you find someone you feel comfortable with. I can offer you a supportive and encouraging space for you to reflect upon your clinical work and explore any challenges that may arise. I would support you with your professional development and share my knowledge and experience with you.
I can offer you an initial free telephone call which gives you the opportunity to meet me, talk through any questions you may have, and you can share your expectations. This also gives you the opportunity to see whether I am the right Supervisor for you.
Face to face sessions are held from my office in Farnborough, Hampshire (GU14) or we could hold the sessions via Zoom.
I am an Integrative counsellor, and I have experience of working with a wide range of issues including trauma, abuse, bereavement, anxiety, low-self-esteem, depression and inner child work. I have been professionally trained in a variety of counselling theories/therapeutic approaches, including IFS training via the IFS Institute UK. This means I can tailor our sessions to your individual needs. Outside of my private practice I have worked with a Rape and Sexual Abuse charity for several years, as well as Cruse Bereavement Care and a Place2Be.
