Counselling Sessions

Karen BotevyleKaren Botevyle

I am a qualified Counsellor and trained IFS Therapist who is extremely passionate about helping people through difficult times in their life.

I believe that everybody should be given an opportunity to be able to have their voice heard and be able to express how they are feeling without fear of being judged. Therapy should be about you, so I can tailor the sessions to suit you, in a safe and non-judgemental environment, where I will listen and support you through these challenging times.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT THERAPIST

Choosing the right therapist is an essential part of therapy and it is important that you find someone you feel comfortable with.

I offer an initial free introductory telephone chat which gives you the opportunity to meet me, talk through any questions you may have and share your expectations.

This session also gives you the opportunity to see whether counselling is right for you and whether I am the right person to support for you.
